定値以下のとき可変速運転切換指令および周波数
設定指令を発する電流検出部と、この電流検出部
から可変速運転切換指令が入力されたとき、冷却
装置を駆動する可変速装置の電圧制御量を設定す
る電圧調整回路と、前記電流検出部から周波数設
定指令が入力されたとき、前記可変速装置の周波
数制御量を設定する周波数設定回路とを備え、前
記電圧調整回路は、周波数に比例した電圧を設定
する電圧設定部と、この電圧設定部の出力信号を
補正して始動時の電圧を設定する始動電圧調整部
とから成り、前記周波数設定回路は、変圧器の負
荷率に比例した周波数を設定する周波数設定部と
、前記可変速装置の最低運転周波数を設定するバ
イアス設定部と、このバイアス設定部および前記
周波数設定部の出力信号を加算する加算部と、こ
の加算部の出力信号を補正して始動時の周波数を
設定する始動周波数調整部とから成ることを特徴
