Claims (1)
- エンジンのクランクケース１の前壁からシリン
ダ４を前向きに突出させるとともに、クランクケ
ース１内の下部の油溜室２に潤滑油３を収容し、
コンロツド７の大端部８から油掻棒１１を下向き
に突出させ、油掻棒１１を油溜室２内で前から後
ろへ走らせることにより、油溜室２の潤滑油３を
クランク室１ａ内にはねかけるように構成したエ
ンジンの飛沫式潤滑装置において、油溜室２の上
部空間内に横仕切板１２を油溜室２の全面を覆う
状態に設け、油掻棒１１の前後移動を許す油掻棒
通過溝１３を横仕切板１２の中央寄部に前後に走
らせて開口し、油掻棒通過溝１３の左右両側に油
面抑え用板部分１２ａを形成するとともに、油掻
棒通過溝１３より前側にエンジン前傾斜時の油面
上昇防止板部分１２ｂを形成し、油面上昇防止板
部分１２ｂの前部をシリンダ４の後縁下周部４ａ
より下側でかつ前側に位置させ、その油面上昇防
止板部分１２ｂの前部に潤滑油戻り穴１６を開口
したことを特徴とするエンジンの飛沫式潤滑装置
。
