Claims (1)
- 一次液室の両側に二次液室を設けたシリンダと
、このシリンダ内に挿入され前記一次液室内で摺
動する一次ピストン部及び前記各二次液室内で摺
動する二次ピストン部からなるピストンとを有し
、前記一次液室に駆動用の一次液を供給して前記
ピストンを駆動することにより、前記二次液室で
洗浄液等の噴出用二次液を増圧吐出する増圧装置
において、前記シリンダの二次液吐出ポートを前
記二次ピストン部の外周面と常時摺接する部位に
穿設すると共に、前記二次ピストン部に前記二次
液室と二次液吐出ポートとを連通しピストン摺動
により流路断面積を変化させる脈動発生用の連通
孔を穿設したことを特徴とする増圧装置。
