    ７を備えた噴出水拡散部材５，１５とよりなり、
    噴出水拡散部材５，１５の水均一状落下部７ａ，
    ８ａ，１７が透明板２の後端部の上面にのぞませ
    られている太陽熱温水器等における透明板洗浄用
    散水装置。
