- セラミツク基板の一方の面上に、セラミツク多
層法により形成した温度検出用素子を配すると共
に、上記セラミツク基板の他方の面上には厚膜抵
抗体により形成した加熱用ヒータを配するように
したことを特徴とする温度検出素子付厚膜ヒータ
。
