Claims

(1) A first transistor whose emitters are commonly connected and whose base is supplied with a comparison voltage, and a second transistor whose base is supplied with a reference voltage and whose collector outputs an output voltage; first and second power supplies to which the emitter and collector of the transistor are respectively connected; means connected between the first and second power supplies to generate the reference voltage; A voltage comparison circuit comprising means for lowering the reference voltage to a predetermined value.
