- 【実用新案登録請求の範囲】 (1) 受波板３の裏面に感圧エレメント４を取付
けて３次振動を利用するようにした超音波マイク
ロホン本体１の前部にコーン８を装備し、マイク
ロホン本体１の前面より＝1/2λ・ｎ（ｎ＝１
，２，３…）〔λ＝波長〕なる距離へだてたホー
ン内位置に、中央に受波板直径Ｄのほぼ１／３の
直径ｄの孔９を備えたスクリーン１０を設けてあ
ることを特徴とする超音波マイクロホン。 (2) スクリーン１０をホーン８と一体成形して
ある実用新案登録請求の範囲第(1)項に記載の超
音波マイクロホン。
