第１図は本考案の一実施例にかかる直動形サーボ
弁の断面構造図、第２図はそれを３方弁として使
用している状態を表わす記号図である。また、第
３図は従来の直動形サーボ弁の断面構造図、第４
図、第５図はスプールに働く軸力の説明図であり
、第４図は矩形ランド弁室の拡大断面図、第５図
はスプールの軸力補償構造部の拡大断面図、第６
図は変位Ｘに対する軸力ＦＣＤの大きさを表わす
グラフである。 図面中、３はスプール、４はムービングコイル
、６はマグネツト、１０は給油ポート、１１，１
２は制御ポート、１３はタンクポート、１４は流
路、１５は可変流量制御弁である。

Claims (1)
- 給油ポートとタンクポートと２つの制御ポート
とを有する軸力補償されたスプール弁において、
前記給油ポートと前記一方の制御ポートとを連通
する流路と、その流路の途中に設けられた可変流
量制御弁とを具えたことを特徴とする軸力補償回
路付スプール弁。
