An upper burner and a lower burner are arranged above and below in the grill, a gas distributor is installed to distribute and supply gas to the upper and lower burners, and a main operating shaft is installed to open and close the main valve. In the flame adjustment mechanism of a gas grill, which is equipped with an adjustment lever that can be operated to adjust the amount of gas distributed, the adjustment lever has a keyway, and when the upper burner or lower burner is set to the flame-out state by operating the adjustment lever, the key is pressed. A lock key is provided to lock the adjustment lever so that it does not move by fitting into the groove, and when the main operation shaft is operated to close the main valve, the lock key is pushed back and the lock key is removed from the key groove.
