Claims

[Scope of utility model registration request]

(1) In a disk cassette in which a magnetic recording/reproducing disk is housed in a jacket and has a center hub consisting of a metal knob and a plastic hub in the center, the metal hub has at least one plate-like shape and is inclined inward.
1. A disk cassette, characterized in that said plastic hub has two folded parts and is integrally joined to a metal hub by injection molding a plastic material into said metal knob.

(2) The above-mentioned plastic material is located inside the above-mentioned metal knob, and the structure is such that the plastic hub holds the metal knob 1 due to the difference in coefficient of expansion between metal and plastic during cooling after injection molding of the plastic material.
