Claims (1)

  1. 【実用新案登録請求の範囲】 (1) レーザ及びその周辺温度をヒータにより該
    ヒータへの通電を制御することにより管理温度に
    温調する方式のレーザ装置に於て、ヒータ電源か
    らヒータへの通電をパルス通電で行う、ことを特
    徴とするレーザ装置。 (2) ヒータへの電力供給電源の出力電圧を測定
    し、その電圧に応じてヒータへのパルス通電を変
    調させることを特徴とする実用新案登録請求の範
    囲第(1)項に記載のレーザ装置。 (3) ヒータへの電力供給電源の出力電圧の測定
    を、ヒータへの通電を行わない時に行うことを特
    徴とする実用新案登録請求の範囲第(2)項に記載
    のレーザ装置。 (4) レーザが、半導体レーザ・色素レーザ・ガ
    スレーザである。実用新案登録請求の範囲第(1)
    項・第(2)項、又は第(3)項に記載のレーザ装置。
