Claims (1)
- ケースを備え、このケース内に共振素子と結合
用基板とが所定間隔をおいて位置決め固定され、
前記共振素子は周面に中心導体が形成された貫通
孔を有するものであり、前記結合用基板の面上に
形成されたコンデンサ電極がターミナルを介して
前記中心導体に導電的に接続されてなる誘電体同
軸共振器において、前記ターミナルに前記貫通孔
に嵌合固定される支持部と、前記結合用基板を抱
持する基板保持部とを形成してなることを特徴と
する誘電体同軸共振器。
