Claims (1)
- 基礎１１の天端１２に外壁パネル１６が立設さ
れると共に、外壁パネル１６と基礎１１天端１２
との間に基礎化粧水切２８が配設されたものにお
いて、前記基礎化粧水切２８が外壁パネル１６下
端と間隙を有して配設された水切部本体２９の内
端側に、外壁パネル１６下端内面と間隙を有して
立設された立上がり壁部３０と、該立上がり壁部
３０上端に設けられた返し部３１とを備えると共
に、基礎天端部に設けられた被嵌合部２７に外側
方より嵌合固着される嵌合部３２を備え、外壁パ
ネル１６下端部と基礎化粧水切２８との前記間隙
により建物外部から建物内部に到る通気路が形成
されたことを特徴とする基礎天端雨仕舞構造。
