置と、上記副吸気通路を開閉する副吸気弁と、定
常運転時は上記主吸気弁の開弁期間の少なくとも
初期に上記燃焼室に希薄混合気もしくは空気が供
給され、燃焼用混合気が成層化されるように上記
副吸気弁の開閉タイミングを制御する制御手段を
備えたエンジンの吸気装置において、上記制御手
段は運転状態が少なくとも減速時あるいはイグニ
ツシヨンオフ後の一定時間、希薄混合気もしくは
空気の供給量を増加する手段を具備したことを特
