- 排気ガス中の酸素濃度を検出するために、複数
の通気孔を有するカバーで保護される素子の一部
を排気ガス通路の中へ突出させた排気ガスセンサ
において、前記カバーを熱膨脹の異なる二つの金
属材料からなる二層構造にしたことを特徴とする
排気ガスセンサ。
