Claims (1)
- 光信号を電気信号に変換する受光素子と該受光
素子の出力信号を制御する制御回路を同一チツプ
上に構成してなる光電変換装置であつて、エミツ
タとコレクタが接続されエミツタ・ベース接合及
びコレクタ・ベース接合の両方をダイオードとし
て利用してなるトランジスタを上記受光素子の補
償回路用に備えたことを特徴とする光電変換装置
。
