第１図乃至第３図は本考案の実施の一例を示す
もので、第４図乃至第６図は従来例を示すもので
あつて、第１図は本考案呼吸用フイルターを小型
磁気デイスク装置に取付けた状態を示す断面図、
第２図は同要部の拡大断面図、第３図は本考案呼
吸用フイルターを剥離紙に接着した状態を示す拡
大断面図、第４図は従来の呼吸用フイルターの取
付状態を示す断面図、第５図は従来の呼吸用フイ
ルターの上面斜視図、第６図は同下面斜視図であ
る。 図中、１はフイルム、２は透孔、３は粘着剤層
、４は濾紙、５はシール材、６は呼吸用フイルタ
ー、８はケーシング、１０は呼吸孔、Ａは小型磁
気デイスク装置である。

Claims (1)
- フイルムに透孔を設け、且該フイルムの一面に
粘着剤層を設け、更に透孔よりは径大の濾紙を透
孔を被うようにして粘着剤層を介して接着固定す
ると共に、透孔の外周縁部に沿つて濾紙の表面部
に、或いは裏面部にシール材をシーリングして呼
吸用フイルターを形成する一方、小型磁気デイス
ク装置のケーシングに穿設された呼吸孔の上面に
濾紙が位着するようにして粘着剤層を介してケー
シングの内部側に呼吸用フイルターを接着固定し
て成る小型磁気デイスク装置に於ける呼吸用フイ
ルター装置。
