形成し、このジャケットは内部に媒体通路をもち、この
通路はジャケット内外の空間とシールドされ、かつ高圧
容器に形成される通路を通じクイックカップリング部材
等を介して外部と連通しており、加圧処理中は高圧容器
内圧力と均圧なガスを充填し、加圧処理終了後は予熱又
は冷却用媒体を選択的に充填可能であることを特徴とす
