    【実用新案登録請求の範囲】
  1. 駆動装置によって回転されるドラムと、該ドラム内に設
    けられる加熱用め発熱体とを備え、このドラム内に粒状
    食品を投入して焙煎する焙煎器に於いて、上記ドラム内
    に粒状食品の温度を直接検出する棒状の温度センサーを
    突出させた事を特徴としてなる焙煎器。
