Claims (1)
- 被加熱体の温度を設定する温度設定手段と、当
該設定手段により設定された温度と検出温度とを
比較する比較部と、その比較出力によりバーナ等
熱源を制御したものにおいて、上記設定温度が設
定範囲外である時作動し、比較部にキヤンセル信
号を出力する検出部を設けたことを特徴とする温
度制御装置。
