向けて両回動方向に駆動力が伝達可能とされ、 前記第一の伝達部材から前記第二の伝達部材に
向けては前記ロータリーアームを前傾する向きに
のみ駆動力伝達可能であり、 前記第二の伝達部材が前記ロータリアームを後
傾させる向きにばね付勢されており、 前記第二の伝達部材から前記第三の伝達部材に
向けて前記ロータリアームを前傾させる向きの駆
動力が、前記第二の伝達部材又は前記第三の伝達
部材のいずれかに設けられた窪み内に受容された
ねじりコイルばねを介して伝達可能とされ、かつ
前記ねじりコイルばねを受容する窪みに対向する
伝達部材が前記ねじりコイルばねの内部に遊嵌さ
れる円筒状カラーを有するとともに該カラーの外
周面に少くとも一個の半径方向外向きの突部が設
