A conventional carrier tape for taping electronic components consists of a mount 1 made of paper or the like and an adhesive tape 2, as shown in FIGS. 2(a) and 2(b). Holes 4 are opened at regular intervals on both sides or one side, and adhesive tape exposure holes 3 are opened at regular intervals near the center of the mount 1 in the width direction.
The adhesive tape 2 is continuously pasted on the back surface of the mount 1 near the center in the width direction, a part of the adhesive tape 2 is exposed through the adhesive tape exposure hole 3, and the electronic components 5 are adhered on top of it at regular intervals. The taping was then done.

By the way, this carrier tape for taping is usually wound on a reel, pulled out when taping is performed, and wound onto the reel again after taping. When the tape is wound onto a reel, it changes from a bent state to a straightened state, or vice versa. When the bent state and straight state are repeated in this way, the backing paper 1 and the adhesive tape 2
The adhesive tape 2 may be peeled off from the mount 1 due to the force applied between the tape and the mount 1, resulting in disadvantages in that electronic components cannot be taped or electronic components that have been taped may fall off the tape. Moreover, although only a portion is required to hold the electronic component 5,
Since the adhesive tape 2 was pasted over the entire length of the mount l, the adhesive tape was wasted.

SUMMARY OF THE INVENTION An object of the present invention is to eliminate the above-mentioned drawbacks, and to provide a carrier tape that can hold electronic components without any problem even when the carrier tape is bent or stretched, and that does not waste materials.

In order to achieve the above object, the present invention provides an electronic component characterized in that mutually independent adhesive surfaces are attached at regular intervals on the paper surface of a mount having feeding holes at regular intervals on both ends or one end in the width direction. This is a carrier tape for taping.

FIGS. 1A and 1B show carrier tapes according to the present invention. A mount 1 is provided with feed holes 4 at regular intervals at both ends thereof in the width direction. Of course, this hole may be provided only at one end. In the present invention, adhesive surfaces 6 are attached and formed at regular intervals in the center of the paper surface of the mount 1. Electronic components 5 are attached to this adhesive surface 6 as shown in the figure. To provide the adhesive surface 6, for example, move the mount 1 a certain distance and apply adhesive onto the mount 1 using a dropper or the like, or make window holes at regular intervals on the mount 1 in areas where adhesive is required. This is done by placing a mask (not shown) on top of the mask and applying an adhesive over it, or by pasting double-sided adhesive tape cut into a required size in advance on a mount at regular intervals.

こうして設けた粘着面6は互いに独立しているために、
台紙1に曲げ、伸び等の外力が加えられても粘着面6は
台紙lより分離しない。
Since the adhesive surfaces 6 thus provided are independent from each other,
Even if an external force such as bending or stretching is applied to the mount 1, the adhesive surface 6 will not separate from the mount 1.

According to the present invention, since the adhesive surface is formed on the mount, the adhesive surface will not peel off even if the tape is repeatedly wound up and pulled out, and therefore, electronic components can be stably held. Also, regarding the Ha process, according to the present invention, the mount 1
The work of forming an adhesive surface on the backing paper 1 is performed in a process that is almost the same as the manufacturing process of the adhesive tape 2 in the conventional technology, and the process of forming the adhesive tape exposure hole 3 in the conventional technology, and the process of forming the adhesive tape 2 on the mount 1. The process of pasting it on is no longer necessary.

Furthermore, it can be manufactured using a conventional taping machine as is. Furthermore, according to the present invention, the amount of adhesive used is significantly reduced compared to the prior art, and there is no wastage of materials, so that it is possible to supply a carrier tape that is cheaper than conventional products.
