Claims (1)
- 【実用新案登録請求の範囲】 入力端子と出力端子との間に接続され、入力側
から昇圧制御パルスに応答して昇圧動作が制御さ
れる昇圧部と、 前記昇圧部の出力側に接続されたホツトライン
端子とこの昇圧部の昇圧動作停止時には接地され
る接地端子とを有するとともに、前記昇圧部の昇
圧電圧を調整して出力する調整端子を備えた誤差
調整部と、 前記誤差調整部の調整端子からの調整出力を該
昇圧部の昇圧電圧の誤差出力として増幅する誤差
増幅部と、 前記誤差増幅部からの出力に応答してデユーテ
イサイクルが変化する昇圧制御パルスを発生し、
その昇圧制御パルスを前記昇圧部の入力側に与え
るパルス発生部と、 制御信号入力に応答して前記昇圧部の昇圧動作
の停止を制御する昇圧動作停止制御部とを有し、 前記昇圧動作停止制御部は、そのベースに制御
信号が与えられるスイツチングトランジスタで構
成され、このスイツチングトランジスタのコレク
タ・エミツタは、前記誤差調整部の接地端子と接
地部との間に挿入されてなる昇圧チヨツパ回路。
