ムを構成するメインパイプ内部を吸入通路として利用し
た吸気装置に関する (従来の技術) 自動二輪車・自動三輪車等の車両の吸気装置として、第
5図及び第6図に示すように、ヘッドパイプ(1)から
後方へメイン、パイプ(2)を延出し、このメインパイ
プ(2)、ヘッドパイプ(1)及びダウンパイプ(3)
が集中するフレーム前端部にガセット(0を溶接し、こ
のガセット(4)にて囲まれる空間に開口する吸入口(
5)をメインパイプ(2)の前部に形成し、更にガセッ
ト(0の側面には外気導入口(8)を形成し、この外気
導入口(8)を前方に開口する導風部材(7)で囲み、

小さくすることなく、吸気効率と冷却効率を高めること
ができ、且つ車両の重量バランスも最適なものとするこ
とができる等多くの効果を発揮する。
