おいて、裏打ちシート材を懸架張設するために上
型の周縁部に植設した止めピンの形状を示す図、
第２図は裏打ちシートを一体化したクツシヨン体
の例を示す断面図であり、第３図はその製造に用
いられている従来のモールド型およびこれを用い
た製造方法を示す説明図、第４図は第３図のモー
ルド型に用いられている止めピンを示す図である

Claims (1)
- 開閉自在に枢着された下型および上型と、該上
型および下型により限定される所定形状の成型室
と、前記上型の周縁部に植設された止めピンとを
具備し、該止めピンに裏打ちシート材を懸架張設
することにより、閉型時にこの裏打ちシート材を
前記下型および上型の間に挾着するようにしたウ
レタンフオームのモールド成形型において、前記
止めピンの形状をドーム状の頭部と、該頭部下の
括れ部とを有する茸状としたことを特徴とするウ
レタンフオームのモールド型。
