ＮＧ層、６はスリツト、７はフロート、９はガイ
ドパイプ、１０は緩衝装置。

- 層状化監視用の温度または温度差のセンサをフ
ロートに取付け、液表面近くのＬＮＧ液温とその
下方の液温との温度差を常に正確に測定できるよ
うにしたことを特徴とするＬＮＧタンクの層状化
監視装置。
