して前記誘導電器本体上に滴下して蒸発冷却を行
うものにおいて、前記凝縮液の滴下位置を規制す
る液滴分布の規制手段を滴下装置の底板の下面に
設けたことを特徴とする蒸発冷却ガス絶縁誘導電
器。 (2) 実用新案登録請求の範囲第1項記載のもの
において、液滴分布の規制手段が滴下装置の底板
の下面側に格子状に突設されたリブであることを
特徴とする蒸発冷却ガス絶縁誘導電器。 (3) 実用新案登録請求の範囲第1項記載のもの
において、液滴分布の規制手段が滴下装置の底板
を貫通するよう形成された滴下孔と同心状に前記
