- 【実用新案登録請求の範囲】 (1) パターニングされた導体を有する基板と、
その基板の導体の少なくとも１つの上に載置固着
され他の導体に配線が施こされたモノリシツク型
の発光ダイオードとを有した光プリンタヘツドに
おいて、前記導体は薄膜状のベース層とベース層
より厚く形成されたメツキ層とからなつている事
を特徴とする光プリンタヘツド。 (2) 前記導体のベース層は１０μｍ以下で、か
つ前記メツキ層は前記配線用導体を除く導体に設
けてある事を特徴とする前記実用新案登録請求の
範囲第１項記載の光プリンタヘツド。
