    【実用新案登録請求の範囲】
  1. （１）発熱体２と、 該発熱体２への通電時期を規制するスイッチング素子３
    と、 スイッチング素子３の制御端子４に制御信号を印加して
    、スイッチング素子３の制御角を規制する制御部５とを
    備え、− 制御部５は、正および負特性のサーミスタ１０・１１を
    直列接続した温度検出部６とコンデンサ７とから積分回
    路８を構成し、該積分回路８の積分値に対応して制御信
    号を発生する温度制御回路。 ，（２）前記負特性のサーミスタ１１は、固定抵抗１９
    が並列接続され、制御温度以下の温度域で、略一是の抵
    抗値を呈する実用新案登録請求の範囲第１項記載の温度
    制御回路。
