- 真空容器内に設けられた複数のヒータから特定
のヒータを選択して、該ヒータに降圧トランスを
介して加熱電流を供給する装置において、前記降
圧トランスの１次側に設けられた入力側リレーと
、該降圧トランスの２次側に設けられた出力側リ
レーと、該出力側リレーのオン／オフ動作を入力
側リレーのオン／オフ動作より先に動作させる制
御回路を設けたことを特徴とするサブリメーシヨ
ンポンプのヒータ切換え回路。
