Claims (1)
塗料をスプレイガンに給送してその液体塗料をノ
ズルから高速度で噴出させる圧送路に、液体塗料
の一部を塗料タンクに還流させて前記スプレイガ
ンに圧送される液体塗料を減圧する還流路を接続
して該還流路に開閉弁を介設し、前記圧送路の前
記還流路の接続部分と前記スプレイガンとの間に
塗体塗料の圧力を検出する検出器を設けるととも
に、該検出器の検出値が予め定められた設定値以
下に低下したときに出力信号を発する比較器と、
該比較器からの出力信号を受けて前記開閉弁を閉
弁する弁駆動器とを設け、前記スプレイガンに圧
送される液体塗料の圧力が一定値より低下したと
きに前記開閉弁を閉弁して、前記スプレイガンに
圧送される液体塗料の圧力を上昇させる構成とし
たことを特徴とするエアレススプレイガンの塗料
