Claims (1)
- 上下方向の所定間隔を保持しつつ水平に対向配
設した２枚の円盤体と、この２枚の円盤体に相互
に逆方向で、かつ、間欠的な回転力を付与する駆
動源と、前記２枚の円盤体間に挟持した原菜に対
して適度な圧力を加えるための圧力調節機構とを
具備してなることを特徴とする原菜もみ機。
