に軸方向のスリツトを設け且つ当該スリツトに所
定間隔毎の係合部を設けた軸筒とを具備して、芯
体を装填した中芯体を軸筒の内孔部に軸方向に摺
動自在に嵌入し中芯体の突出片を軸筒のスリツト
に貫通させて操作部を外面に露出せしめるよう組
み付けて、操作部を押動することにより突出片を
スリツトに沿つてスライドさせながら各係合部に
係止させ中芯体を軸筒先端口から所定間隔ごとに
