６：爪部、２８：インナパツド、３０：アウタパ

Claims (1)

  1. 【実用新案登録請求の範囲】 (1) 相対向するシリンダ部と爪部とを備え、デ
    イスクロータ外周部を跨いだ状態で配設された浮
    動キヤリパと、該シリンダ部および爪部によつて
    該デイスクロータに押し付けられるインナパツド
    およびアウタパツドとを有し、且つ前記ロータ外
    周部の回動方向に互いに離れた位置において前記
    アウタパツドおよび爪部のいずれか一方に第一、
    第二の突起が設けられる一方、他方に該突起に嵌
    合する第一、第二の嵌合孔が設けられ、それらの
    嵌合に基づいて該アウタパツドに作用するトルク
    が前記爪部にて受け止められる形式のデイスクブ
    レーキにおいて、 前記第一突起と第二突起とを結ぶ方向における
    、該第一突起と前記第一嵌合孔との間の嵌合クリ
    アランスが前記第二突起と第二嵌合孔との間のそ
    れより大きく設定されたことを特徴とするデイス
    クブレーキ。 (2) 前記浮動キヤリパが、前記トルクプレート
    の前記シリンダ部側の面に立設されたメインスラ
    イドピンと、該メインスライドピンから前記デイ
    スクロータ外周部の回動方向に離れた位置に立設
    されたサブスライドピンにて移動可能に支持され
    るとともに、ブレーキ作用時に前記爪部に作用し
    たトルクが主として前記メインスライドピンにて
    受けられるようにされ、かつ前記第二突起と第二
    嵌合孔とが前記第一突起と第一嵌合孔よりも前記
    メインスライドピンに近い側に設けられている実
    用新案登録請求の範囲第１項記載のデイスクブレ
    ーキ。
