    【実用新案登録請求の範囲】
  1. 慣性衝突方式のオイルミスト捕集装置において、オイル
    ミストを含有する被処理ガスの流路に設置されたケーシ
    ング内に前記被処理ガスの流れ方向に沿って順次配設さ
    れた１次エレメントと２次エレメントとからなり、上流
    側の前記１次エレメントにおけるガス通過速度を下流側
    の前記２次エレメントにおけるガス通過速度よりも大き
    くなるように構成したことを特徴とするオイルミスト捕
    集装置。
