Claims (1)
- 第１の筒体に緩挿された第２の筒体と、該第２
の筒体を貫通して嵌挿され、一端に被加工物を固
定する支持体と、前記第１の筒体の側面を貫通し
、相対する略同一平面上で前記第２の筒体の一方
の端面近傍を固定する少なくとも４本の固定ねじ
と、前記第１の筒体と前記第２の筒体の他端を連
結する弾性体からなり、前記第１の筒体の一端と
、前記支持体に固定した被加工物が、略同一平面
に位置するように固定したことを特徴とする角度
研磨装置。
