４は光フアイバ、５は無反射コート付ガラス板、
６は紫外線硬化樹脂、７は光フアイバ保護パイプ
、８はホルダ、９は光線軌跡、１０は斜め研磨光
フアイバである。なお、各図中同一符号は同一ま
たは相当部分を示す。

Claims (1)

    【実用新案登録請求の範囲】
  1. 集束用レンズに対向する光フアイバの先端を数
    度から１０度研磨、又はカツトするとともに、レ
    ーザダイオードチツプと上記集束用レンズを結ぶ
    軸方向に上記のように研磨又はカツトされた光フ
    アイバの先端項角がくるように配設したことを特
    徴とするレーザダイオードモジユール。
