  1. 【実用新案登録請求の範囲】 １ マイクロフイツシユキヤリアを一方向（Ｘ方
    向）に移動可能に支持する第１の支持部材と、第
    １の支持部材を前記方向と直交する方向（Ｙ方向
    ）に移動可能に支持すると共に、リーダ本体に対
    してＸ，Ｙ方向に移動可能に支持されている第２
    の支持部材と、第２の支持部材のＸ，Ｙ方向にお
    ける位置を調整する調整手段とを備え、前記調整
    手段によつて投影位置にあるマイクロフイツシユ
    キヤリアのＸ，Ｙ方向における位置が微調整され
    ることを特徴とするマイクロフイツシユリーダ。 ２ 前記第２の支持部材をＸ，Ｙ方向において所
    定の位置へと付勢する付勢手段を備え、第２の支
    持部材のＸ，Ｙ方向における位置調整が、前記付
    勢手段による付勢力が作用している状態で行われ
    ることを特徴とする実用新案登録請求の範囲第１
