Claims (1)

【特許請求の範囲】 1、下取り伸線機の巻付式伸線ドラムを、上部内側にシ
リンダ式圧油室を備えて夫々上下に往復動される中空回
転軸とその軸中心に挿通されたロッドとからなる二重軸
構造の中空回転軸下端に取付け、前記ロッドの下端には
一側にテーパ面とありを設けた楔体を固着し、このテー
パ面及びありを伸線ドラムの端部の半径方向に沿うて摺
動可能に内蔵させた摺動杆の内端のテーパ面及びあり溝
と係合せしめ、摺動杆の先端とこれに対向する伸線ドラ
ム内壁の相互にチャック爪を設けると共に、これらチャ
ック爪の相互間に伸線ドラムの外側から内方に向ってド
ラム端面側を開口した素材挿入口を設けてなる伸線機の
自動チャッキング装置。 2、前記摺動杆の先端のチャック爪は摺動杆の進退方向
に交叉する傾斜係合面を介し若干摺動可能に取付けられ
ていることを特徴とする特許請求の範囲第1項記載の伸
線機の自動チャッキング装置。
[Scope of Claims] 1. A wrap-type wire drawing drum of a trade-in wire drawing machine is fitted with a hollow rotary shaft that is provided with a cylindrical pressure oil chamber inside the upper part and is reciprocated up and down, and is inserted through the center of the shaft. A wedge body with a tapered surface and a dovetail on one side is fixed to the lower end of the rod, and this tapered surface and dovetail are attached to the end of the wire drawing drum. The chuck claws are engaged with the tapered surface and dovetail groove on the inner end of the sliding rod, which is built in so as to be able to slide along the radial direction of the rod, and the chuck claws are engaged with the tip of the sliding rod and the inner wall of the wire drawing drum opposite thereto. An automatic chucking device for a wire drawing machine, further comprising a material insertion port opening between the chuck claws at the end surface of the drum from the outside to the inside of the wire drawing drum. 2. The chuck claw at the tip of the sliding rod is attached so as to be slightly slidable via an inclined engagement surface that intersects the advancing and retreating direction of the sliding rod.
