Claims (1)
孔を有するローラと、この吸着孔に負圧を生じさ
せる手段と、ローラを転動させつつ移動させ積重
ねたシート状フイルムの端部に上記ローラの吸着
孔を対置させたとき以後に上記負圧を生じさせを
る制御手段と、負圧により吸着したシート状フイ
ルムの前記端部を上記ローラの転動により同ロー
ラの円筒面の一部の前記端部を上記ローラの転動
により同ローラの円筒面の一部に巻付けながら積
重さねたシート状フイルム面上から一枚分離して
移動する手段と、上記吸着ローラの前記吸着孔が
前記積重ねたシート状フイルムの端部に対置され
るときに積重ねられたシート状フイルムの積重ね
られた端面に向けて空気流を吹きつける手段とを
具備するシート状フイルムの供給装置。 2 ローラがフイルムを吸着して上記ローラ自身
