    【実用新案登録請求の範囲】
  1. 吸気バルブの開弁時期が互いにオーバーラツプ
    しない気筒に各々合流部を介して共鳴管を接続し
    たターボ過給機付のデイーゼル機関において、上
    記合流部を互いに連通する通路と、この通路をタ
    ーボ過給機上流の吸気通路に連通するバイパス通
    路とを設け、上記通路のバイパス通路との合流部
    にこれらの通路を機関運転状態に応じて開閉する
    ロータリバルブを介装したことを特徴とするデイ
    ーゼル機関の過給制御装置。
