素子。 (2) 半導体基体と発光素子構成部の発光層との
間に電流通路部を有する電流狭窄相が形成されて
おり、電流通路部が発光素子構成部の中央部の中
心に対して上記電極が形成されている位置から離
れる方向にずれた位置を中心として形成されてい
