Claims (1)

    【実用新案登録請求の範囲】
  1. 絶縁表面を有する基板上に、第1の電極、非単
    結晶半導体層、第2の電極を順次積層してなるユ
    ニツトの複数個が形成され、前段ユニツトの第1
    の電極の側面または上面と次段のユニツトの第2
    の電極とが接触して直列に接続されたものにおい
    て、前段のユニツヘの第1の電極と次段のユニツ
    トの第2の電極の接続部は非単結晶半導体の内部
    に位置しており、第1の電極と第2の電極の接続
    の為に非単結晶半導体にあけられた開溝の形状は
    文字、図形もしくは記号、もしくはこれらの結合
    であることを特徴とする薄膜太陽電池。
