５はシリンダ、６は加圧室、Ｍは被圧体である。

Claims (1)
- 先端が截頭四角錐状になされると共にその内側
が凸球面形状に成形された円筒状ピストンと、該
ピストンを一点集中可能とすべく相互に直角方向
への摺動自在に６基配置すると共に上記ピストン
の集中点に被圧体を収容する加圧室を形成するシ
リンダブロツクと、上記ピストンを同期させて上
記シリンダブロツクの中心方向へ押圧移動させて
上記被圧体に圧力を付与する高圧流体供給手段と
を備えたことを特徴とする超高圧発生装置。
