A bed device that supports a patient in a floating state by fluidizing beads as mentioned above is disclosed in, for example, Japanese Patent Application Laid-open No. 54-12.
It is disclosed in Japanese Patent No. 8196, and the product is actually used in some hospitals. Next, an overview of the conventional structure and operation of this type of bed device will be explained with reference to FIGS. 3 and 4. In the figure, 1 indicates a bed, and 2 indicates a patient lying on the bed. The bed 1 includes a bed phase 3 that is large enough for the patient 2 to lie down on, and a resin-coated surface of, for example, glass fine particles filled in the bed tank 3, with a specific gravity of 2 to 3 degrees and a particle size of 50 to 50. Ceramic beads 4 with a diameter of about 150 μm, a breathable filter sheet 5 with a mesh finer in particle size than the beads 4 covered on the top surface of the bed tank 3, and a plenum chamber 6 provided on the bottom side of the bed tank 3. , a porous air diffusion plate 7 interposed at the boundary between the plenum room 6 and the bed tank 3, and an air blower 9 housed in the machine room 8 which also serves as the base of the bed. A compressed air conduit 10 is connected between the plenum chamber 6 and the plenum chamber 6. It is constructed by combining a radiator 11 installed in the middle of a conduit 10, a heater 12 for heating the air, and the like. With this configuration, when the air blower 9 is operated and compressed air is blown into the bed tank 3 from below as shown by arrow A through the plenum chamber 6 and the air diffusion plate 7, the compressed air is distributed to every corner of the bed tank. The beads 4, which are confined in the tank by the filter sheet 5, are fluidized by the rising compressed air flow and form a floating state. In this state, the apparent specific gravity of the beads 4 decreases to about 1.1 to 1.2, and the patient lying on the bed tank is supported in a floating state, and the contact pressure applied to the patient 2 is extremely small. It's going to be rough. The compressed air is continuously forced and blown into the bed tank, and the air that has passed through the bed tank is transmitted through the sheets 5 and diffused into the room. In addition, since the temperature of the air discharged from the air blower 9 increases due to the compression process in the blower, the conduit 10
An air-cooled heat radiation Ftll installed in the middle of the bed lowers the temperature of the air introduced into the bed tank so that the patient does not feel overheated. Note that the cooling air to the radiator 11 is blown by a fan 13 through a blowing window 12 opened into the machine room 8 of the bed 1, separate from the compressed air blowing path, as shown by the dotted arrow B in FIG. Such a bed device can be used as a medical bed, for example, for patients who have suffered burns, by constantly supplying air while suppressing contact pressure to the affected area, and can also be used for patients undergoing long-term treatment. This can reduce the contact pressure with the bed and prevent bedsores. By the way, like the above-mentioned conventional device, an air blower 9 for blowing compressed air and an air-cooled radiator 11 are built into the bed, and after the indoor air of the patient room is taken in and blown into the bed tank, it is radiated and exhausted back into the room. In such a configuration, exhaust heat accumulates in the room due to long-term operation, and the indoor temperature of the hospital room gradually rises. In particular, when the hospital room is small, the degree of temperature rise due to the circulation of indoor air between the bed and the bed equipment is large, according to knowledge obtained from numerous operational experiences. It has been recognized that the temperature of the air blown into the bed tank can reach nearly 40°C depending on the ambient conditions in the room. Such high-temperature operating conditions not only adversely affect the therapeutic effect on patients, but also pose a risk of low-temperature burns to the patients. Moreover, since the indoor temperature rises during summer, air conditioning deteriorates. Furthermore, the noise generated by the operation of the air blower 9 as a blowing device is also a major cause of deteriorating the environment in the hospital room. In addition, in the conventional device, all electrical components including the ventilation equipment are built into the bed 1, which increases the risk of electric shock to the patient. There is a risk of unexpected fires due to electrical leakage, and there are troublesome problems such as the need to strengthen the insulation structure of electrical components and maintenance and inspection to maintain their integrity. As described above, conventional bed devices have problems in terms of treatment effectiveness and safety for patients, in addition to the rise in room temperature in the hospital room, noise, etc., and improvements in these aspects are desired.

In order to achieve the second object, the present invention provides an outdoor unit that combines a blower device for blowing compressed air into a bed tank and a radiator for cooling the introduced compressed air, and is separated from the bed tank and is independent from the bed tank. In addition, by connecting the outdoor unit and the bed tank installed indoors through an air supply pipe, the temperature of the compressed air introduced into the bed tank can be adjusted to an appropriate temperature. The aim is to improve the environment in terms of room temperature and noise, as well as improve patient safety and therapeutic effects.

1 and 2 are configuration diagrams of different embodiments of the present invention, and the same reference numerals as in FIGS. 3 and 4 indicate the same members. First, in the embodiment shown in FIG. 1, the 14th floor building,
15 is a hospital room, and a bed 1 is installed in the hospital room 15. On the other hand, an outdoor unit 16 is installed outside the hospital room 15 and is configured by incorporating an air blower 9 that blows compressed air into the bed tank 3 and a radiator 11. and between the plenum chamber 6 of the bed 1 and the plenum chamber 6 of the bed 1, respectively.
.. A compressed air supply conduit 18 is connected to the hospital room 15 - intake conduit 17 - air blower 9 - radiator 11 - air supply conduit 18
A compressed air blowing path is formed through which the compressed air is supplied to the bench 1. Here, the radiator 11 and the blower fan 13
fl and exchange heat with the outside air as shown by arrow B (
It is an air-cooled type radiator. Further, the air supply conduit 18 is preferably made of flexible rubber or plastic in consideration of ease of handling and electrical insulation between it and the bed 1. In the above configuration, by operating the air blower 9 and the blower fan 13 of the radiator 11, the air taken in from the patient's room 15 is compressed by the air blower 9, and then enters the radiator 11 in the latter stage, where it is subjected to the compression process. The heat generated in
It will be sent into the bed tank 3. In addition, the waste heat generated in the radiator 11 is directly radiated into the outdoor atmosphere, so there is no accumulation of waste heat indoors as in the conventional case, and the temperature of the compressed air flow sent to the bed tank 3 is adjusted to a temperature suitable for treatment. temperature can be maintained. In addition, the noise generated by the operation of the air blower 9 is shielded by the building 14 and has almost no effect on the room, and the main electrical components such as the blower equipment are installed in the outdoor unit 16 and are located near the bed. It is also highly safe for patients as there is no electrical circuit wiring that could cause an electric shock. In addition, since the air blower 9 is built into the outdoor unit, it is more hygienic because it does not suck in dust that has accumulated on the indoor floor and spread it indoors, unlike conventional devices. , the environment of the hospital room 15 can be improved, and safety and therapeutic effects for patients can be improved. Moreover, the bed 1 is lighter than the conventional one shown in FIG. 3, making it easier to move and handle the bed. Next, a second application example of this invention will be shown. In the embodiment shown in FIG. 2, the air source sent to the bed tank 3 is found in the outdoor atmosphere, and the air source 19 of the outdoor unit 16 is opened to the outdoor atmosphere, which is different from the embodiment shown in FIG. The structure is the same as the example except that it is different. Note that this air inlet is preferably equipped with a filter to prevent dust from being sucked into the outside air. According to this embodiment, in addition to the effects of maintaining the indoor environment obtained in the embodiment of FIG. Ventilation of the patient's room 15 can be further promoted through the ventilation port 14a opened in the patient's room 14. Note that when the bed 1 is not in use, the outdoor unit 16 can be used as it is as an indoor ventilation device by removing the coupling 20 interposed in the middle of the air supply conduit 18. [Effects of the Invention] As described above, according to the present invention, the blower equipment that supplies compressed air to the bed tank and the radiator that cools the introduced compressed air are integrated and separated and independent from the bed tank. By incorporating the device into an outdoor unit and connecting the outdoor unit and the bed tank installed indoors via an air supply pipe, various problems with conventional devices are solved and the treatment effect for patients is high. Moreover, it is possible to provide an excellent bed apparatus for medical use that improves the environment for patients including the inside of a hospital room and provides higher safety.
