  1. 【実用新案登録請求の範囲】 １ 振動コンベアトラフとその少なくとも一部に設けら
    れたスリット状に形成した粒子分離部とを備えた混入粒
    子除去用振動コンベアにおいて、前記トラフをその中心
    付近に底の最低部が形成されるような形状となし、前記
    スリット状粒子分離部を、前記トラフの進行方向に並列
    した棒状部材にて形成するとともに各棒部材間の間隙を
    、前記進行方向下流側尽び垂直方向下方に向かってそれ
    ぞれ拡大するよう形成したことを特徴とする混入粒子除
    去用振動コンベア。 ２ 前記粒子分離部に続くトラフを、上流側トラフに対
    して落差を設けて設置したことを特徴とする実用新案登
