Claims (1)
- 可動金型上に、ガイドピンの軸に沿つて摺動自
在に保持プレートが取付けられており、該保持プ
レート表面に、該表面を摺動自在とされたスライ
ドプレートが取付けられ、該スライドプレートに
部分コアが取付けられており、また可動金型に傾
斜ガイドレールが取付けられていると共に、前記
スライドプレートに、該傾斜ガイドレールに嵌合
して摺動自在とされているローラーピンが取付け
られており、他方エジエクタープレートに押出し
ピンが取付けられ、エジエクタープレートを作動
して保持プレートを押上げるようになつており、
保持プレートが押出しピンで押上げられることに
より傾斜ガイドレールに嵌合しているローラーピ
ンがガイドレール内を摺動しつゝ案内され、保持
プレートに取付けられているスライドプレートが
該保持プレート表面上を摺動し、部分コアをアン
ダーカツト部から離脱するように構成されている
ことを特徴とする射出成形金型の構造。
