帯状金属箔電極１を積層し、更にその上面を覆つ
て熱接着性シート５を積層し、熱圧着することに
より熱接着性シート５を帯状金属箔電極１に接着
するとともに、帯状金属箔電極１の周縁並びに穿
孔２部分において、熱接着性シート５を導電性布
帛３に接着したことを特徴とする金属箔電極を設
