- 被湿しローラに液体を定常的かつ均一に供給す
る湿し装置に於いて、中心に孔を持つ導水管があ
り、その周りに微細孔を持つ微細孔層があり、そ
の周りに超微細孔を持つ超微細孔層がある給水ロ
ーラがあることを特徴とする湿し装置。
