Not only was the amount of work and expense involved, but this replacement was virtually impossible if there was a building above underground pipes or if the pipes were inside a building.

He invented a construction method in which a head equipped with a crushing device for crushing old pipes installed underground is press-fitted into the old pipes, and a new pipe is introduced into the ground in contact with the head. The present invention is one of the heads used in the above invention, and is a pipe replacement device for crushing old pipes and laying new pipes, which was invented and improved based on subsequent experiments.

ものである。(Problem to be solved by the invention) In order to replace underground pipes etc. with new pipes,
As mentioned above, there was a problem in that the old pipes had to be dug out. In addition, in the invention proposed by the present inventors, the size of the hole in the ground after crushing old pipes cannot be freely set using a simple crushing device, and the size of the hole in the ground after crushing old pipes cannot be freely set. Another drawback was that when telephone wires were bundled and housed in a lead pipe, and then several wires were tied together in a wooden frame, etc., the adjacent lead pipes that were intended to be used in the future would also be damaged. The present invention eliminates such drawbacks by connecting an old pipe crushing tool and a tool for cutting old pipes together, and operating either or both of them as necessary to remove adjacent pipes. To provide a piping replacement tool that can perform construction work without damaging the pipe, and can also control the size of an underground hole for introducing a new pipe.

具である。(Means and effects for solving the problem) The present invention includes a part having a crushing fitting for crushing or cracking the old pipe by opening and closing by mechanical force, and a hard member such as ceramics around the part, which is opened and closed by mechanical force to crush or crack the old pipe. By connecting the cutting part for cutting old pipes by rotating a hard member and the part for installing new pipes to introduce new pipes underground, a crushing device is used to crush other pipes. If there is a risk of damaging the piping, selectively activate only the cutting part to avoid damaging other piping, or activate the cutting part after the crushing part to avoid damage to the area where new piping should be installed. This is a pipe replacement device that allows you to control the size of the hole inside.

.. 4' is attached, and the crushing metal fitting is configured to be opened and closed by hydraulic pressure from a hydraulic hose 6 using a hydraulic jack 5.5'. Therefore, the old pipe can be crushed or cracked from the inside by opening and closing the crushing fitting using the hydraulic jack. Whether the old piping is to be crushed or cracked can be selectively operated by controlling the degree of opening and closing of the crushing fitting using the hydraulic pressure of a hydraulic pump (not shown).

A truncated conical portion 11 is rotatably provided in front of the truncated conical portion, and ceramics 12 are embedded and attached to the surface of the truncated conical portion in a vertically aligned manner as shown. Then, by rotating the truncated conical part 11 with a rotating device provided in the cylindrical part 10, a ceramic layer is formed on the surface.
The truncated conical part 11 with the truncated conical part 2 rotates to cut the old pipe that has been crushed or cracked by the crushing fitting 4.

This pulls the spacer ball 2, guides the part l having the crushing fitting connected thereto into the old pipe, and opens and closes the crushing fitting with the hydraulic pump as described above to crush or crack the old pipe. The cutting part 1 connected by the connecting part 15 is introduced into this crushed or cracked old pipe, and the truncated conical part with ceramic embedded in the surface is rotated by a hydraulic motor via a swivel as described above. A hole corresponding to the outer diameter of the new pipe is drilled underground, and the new pipe 13 attached to the section 14 is newly installed underground.

The cut part is inserted before it collapses due to pressure, etc., and the step of guiding the cut part to the position where the old pipe was located can be omitted. Furthermore, since a new pipe is installed in connection with the cut section, the process of guiding the new pipe to the location where the old pipe was (a hole in the ground) can be omitted, and This means that new pipes can be installed underground before the location where the pipes were located (the hole in the ground) collapses.

However, in such cases, when replacing the piping so as not to damage the frame 17 or adjacent piping,
Either operate only the cutting part without operating the part where the crushing fitting is attached, or do not operate the crushing fitting, or even if it does work, do not operate the hydraulic pump without causing cracks in the old piping. It can be operated selectively using hydraulic pressure.
